High-end experience with seamless PIM integration

The BLANCO configurator was intended to enable consultation and configuration for the so-called Water UNITs online for the first time. We designed it to be as simple as it is intuitive: Users answer roughly the same questions that are asked in a kitchen studio. The high-end visualizations of the desired water units give them a convincing impression after just a few clicks.

The product data is transferred to the configurator via an interface from the Product Information Management System (PIM) - provided by our project partner Blanc & Fischer IT-Services.

The different functions, designs, colors, and materials of the water unit components add up to an enormous number of variants: a total of 411,075 product images were required to enable a photorealistic representation of all possible water unit combinations. The development of the 3D visualizations was handled by our project partner, the product communication agency eder.
