The Mercedes PRO app acts as a mobile information center, enables easy retrieval of vehicle status information and supports direct communication with the fleet manager via an integrated chat function.

Efficient fleet management in a native app

Our task was the conceptual and graphical implementation of the native connectivity app for the Mercedes PRO portal. A user-centered approach was chosen through the parallel development of user stories. The app enables the driver to quickly query important vehicle data and communicate directly with the fleet manager. The digital logbook also facilitates coordination with the insurance company and tax office.
